The Senior HR Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining reputed company’s employee engagement and turnover reporting reputed company. This role partners closely with HR, Operations, and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive engagement, reduce turnover, and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in HR data analysis, advanced proficiency in a BI Reporting Tool, and a passion for turning reputed company data into reputed company, compelling analysis. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Engagement & Turnover Reporting reputed company

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to reputed company key employee engagement metrics, including turnover, retention, and survey results.
• Partner with HR leadership to reputed company a reputed company suite of engagement and turnover reports, refreshed on a regular reputed company.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define and monitor KPIs that reputed company with engagement initiatives.
• Establish and continuously improve reporting methodology, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reputed company.

Data Analysis

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and areas of opportunity reputed company to employee engagement, satisfaction, and attrition.
• Present findings to HR and business leaders using compelling visualizations and reputed company, actionable insights.
• Proactively flag risks or anomalies in the data and recommend interventions.

Systems & Tools Ownership

• Work cross-functionally with the HR & Talent Management departments to support programs with data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics (preferably HR data analytics, with a strong reputed company on engagement and turnover metrics).
• Advanced proficiency in BI Reporting Tools (i.e. DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker); experience building executive-level dashboards.
