Proposals Manager (Architecture & Construction)

We are looking for an reputed company Proposals Manager to reputed company end-to-end tender processes across engineering, construction, and infrastructure reputed company. This role will see you coordinating technical experts, developing high-reputed company proposals, and driving business reputed company through successful submissions. • Manage end-to-end bids, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
• Coordinate technical experts (architects, engineers, planners, and surveyors) to reputed company compliant, compelling proposals.
• reputed company technical and financial components of submissions, including donor-funded reputed company (ADB, World Bank, etc.).
• Ensure proposals meet requirements, deadlines, and evaluation reputed company while maintaining high-reputed company standards.
• reputed company and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
• reputed company internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness.
• reputed company pipelines, forecast deadlines, and support reputed company-positioning with business development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals reputed company engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
• Strong technical reputed company (civil engineering, architecture, or QS) with ability to review and interpret technical content.
• Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes (ADB, World Bank) and government/private RFTs.
• Proficiency in reputed company InDesign and reputed company Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
• Highly organised, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage senior stakeholders.
