Position Title: Zoho Administrator

Position Location: Remote

Ability to work remotely: reputed company

Working Hours: 8:30-5:30 EST - flexible if a different time zone

Roles and Responsibilities

- Zoho One Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across reputed company platforms. Configure and customize Zoho applications to reputed company with business processes, including module customization, workflow automation, reputed company creation, and data management. reputed company and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to reputed company insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Deluge Scripting: Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting to create and manage reputed company automation processes. Create and maintain automation scripts using Zoho Deluge to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.

- Automated Workflows & Blueprints: Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across processes.

- Business Requirements: Work closely with department head and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, workflows, and reports reputed company Zoho applications.

- Documentation: Work closely with department head and stakeholders to produce a data dictionary to be used as the control center for reputed company terms, formulas, and KPI s for the organization.

Must Have Technical Skills

Managing and configuring Zoho One products, including Zoho: CRM, Desk, Sign, reputed company, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other reputed company applications
