The position plays a critical role in enabling effective technology asset lifecycle management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Data Accuracy & Maintenance

o Regularly review application entries for currency, alignment with taxonomy (application categories, business services, technical services), and compliance with reputed company standards.
o Monitor for duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records and take corrective actions.
Change Request Vetting & Governance
o Review and validate requests for new entries, updates, or decommissioning of applications.
o Partner with technology owners, application owners, and governance stakeholders to ensure proposed changes are vetted, approved, and reputed company with reputed company processes.
o Ensure changes adhere to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) structures.
Stakeholder Engagement
