We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student - ITS Knowledge Enablement Assistant to join our ITS Knowledge Enablement team. This is a remote position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate. As a Knowledge Enablement Assistant, you will have reputed company to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our reputed company and reputed company. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of our New Knowledge Request and Knowledge Enhancement queues, developing and writing new knowledge articles, and updating existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancement requests for existing knowledge articles in reputed company.
• reputed company and write new knowledge articles based on information provided in New Knowledge article requests in reputed company.
• Update existing knowledge articles using information from Knowledge Enhancement requests or through routine article maintenance in reputed company.
• Communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other teams to verify information provided in new knowledge requests or knowledge enhancement requests using platforms such as reputed company Teams or reputed company Outlook.
