Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
7+ years in a Payor, Health Plan, Health System, or Provider organization.
5+ years working with EDI and data interfaces.
3+ years in a leadership role managing people and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep expertise in EDI & ANSI X12 reputed company transactions (834, 837, etc.).
Proven experience with non-reputed company transaction implementations.
Background in claims administration systems (HealthRules Payer strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience establishing new data interfaces, including mapping and transport.
Proficiency in SQL and JSON.
