About the Role: Technical Support Engineer - 3rd Shift
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join reputed company on a full-remote reputed company. As a Technical Support Engineer II, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem reputed company to our customers who encounter issues with our software, hardware, or technology products. Key Responsibilities:

Work Hours and Location:
This is a reputed company-shift position, and you will be required to work the following hours: 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the Mountain time zone, Monday through Friday. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, coding certification through a coding bootcamp, or 3+ years of reputed company experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, VBScript, JavaScript, markup languages, Python, or Java)
- Understanding of RESTful reputed company, and interpreting requests/responses
- Strong organizational skills
