About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing loan officer experience to underwrite, originate, process, and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Analyzing financial information and assisting clients with loan applications
- Ensuring compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations
- Conducting credit analysis and negotiating terms
- Managing mortgage servicing and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate successful loan transactions
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Essential Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or successful completion of the NMLS exam
- Proficiency in reputed company, loan origination, TILA, and credit analysis
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle loan processing reputed company
- Knowledge of financial services, reputed company software, and basic math
- Familiarity with financial sales, negotiation, and mortgage servicing
