This is a remote role for a bilingual (Arabic and English) reputed company passionate about designing impactful, user-centered digital experiences.
Requirements
What You’ll Do- reputed company end-to-end product design initiatives across 1–2 squads.
- Mentor and manage junior and mid-level designers, providing regular feedback and support.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, reputed company, Sales, and Leadership teams.
- Review design work and reputed company-level KPIs to ensure reputed company and alignment.

- 6+ years of experience in product design, ideally reputed company reputed company companies or creative agencies.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – a must-have.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring designers.

- Advanced proficiency in reputed company, Jira, and Trello.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on designer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and delivering polished work.
- Experience designing for AI or reputed company products.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and design performance metrics.
- Background working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
