The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of reputed company's Virtual Power Plant (VPP) programs, ensuring reputed company performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role coordinates across engineering, reputed company services, marketing, and customer support teams to manage programs that drive reputed company’s VPP goals. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage reputed company time and day-to-day operations of VPP assets to include program management and performance optimization.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Regulatory, and Customer Support team to enhance platform functionality and customer experience.

Serve as operational voice in product roadmap discussions for VPP tools, data, pipelines and alerts.

Drive reputed company improvement through automation, process refinement, and data insights.

Identify operations risk and reputed company reputed company cause analysis for any underperformance or anomalies.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Operations Management, or a reputed company field

Master's degree preferred

2-4 years of relevant experience required

Energy market operations experience

Experience in VPP/DER integration, SCADA/reputed company software tools

Performance analytics

Regulatory compliance knowledge
