Westfalia Fruit is seeking a part-time (25hrs) People & Culture Administrator to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, reputed company, who will be responsible for supporting on a reputed company of People and culture administrative services that reputed company with reputed company’s global and local, strategic objectives.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations. Prepare and process reputed company, payroll documentation, benefits, and employee communications. Generate insightful HR reports and analyze workforce metrics, including diversity and inclusion data. Collaborate in the implementation and ongoing support of new ERP and People & Culture systems. Partner with people managers and payroll to confirm accurate payroll data and compliance. reputed company Office applications. Experience reputed company FMCG/food production produce/manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using HR software. An understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. 23 days holiday (pro rata), plus bank holidays.
