The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (“GRC”) independently oversees reputed company’s risk-taking and risk management activities, including the comprehensive identification, management, and mitigation of risks reputed company reputed company’s risk appetite. The Manager / Director, GenAI Product will be part of the GRC Product team and will reputed company on implementing prioritized reputed company use cases to enhance risk and compliance processes. The role involves designing and deploying AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency in regulatory intelligence, policy interpretation, control testing, and issue management, while ensuring adherence to reputed company data, reputed company, and risk standards. The incumbent will work closely with reputed company&RO, Independent Risk Management, Data Governance, Technology, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that are reputed company, secure, and reputed company with governance requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of GenAI solutions for high-reputed company use cases such as automated policy query handling, regulatory change summarization, and risk data insights.
• Collaborate with technology teams to reputed company approved data sources and ensure compliance with reputed company data management and reputed company standards.
• Assist in defining evaluation metrics for solution performance, including accuracy, reliability, and user adoption, and support reputed company improvement based on feedback.
• Participate in change management activities including documentation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation validation to maintain control and audit readiness.
• Ensure solutions incorporate appropriate safeguards for data reputed company, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
• Work with stakeholders across reputed company, IRM, and GRC to reputed company AI solutions with risk governance frameworks and reporting requirements, including readiness for periods of heightened reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, particularly reputed company.
• Strong understanding of AI risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
