We are looking for a reputed company candidate to support reputed company s Global portfolio of 1300+ hotels through the transition process to reputed company s new Property Management Suite, reputed company reputed company & Colleague
Advantage. This role will be responsible for preparing the hotel configuration data used to build reputed company, conducting project reputed company and training webinars, and migrating data to the new PMS.
This will require interaction with hotel teams, vendors and regional teams across the globe.
This position requires 10% travel for reputed company and team meetings.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of training material for use by the Deployment team, the hotels or our vendors. Training materials include slide decks, trainers notes, and videos.
Managing deployment to multiple properties simultaneously.
Conduct training webinars reputed company to reputed company s Property Management Suite as needed during hotel transition
Collect, review and update hotel configuration data in accordance with reputed company standards.
Maintain strong relationships with reputed company s PMS vendors that will be supporting us with training and implementation efforts.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Reservations, reputed company Office or reputed company rooms operations experience (2+ years)
Hotel Supervisory Experience in Operations (2+ years)
Robust experience with reputed company s business practices in use with reputed company s reputed company Property Management System
Experience in delivering and preparing training
PREFERRED SKILLS
Operations experience with RESERVE CRS, HotSOS, reputed company Concierge, Sertifi, Credit Card processing
EDUCATION
High school diploma/GED required and 3 years work experience in hotel operations.
Salary/ reputed company: $60-$65/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions. This position currently does not offer any benefits.
