Education And Work Experience Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree is required. Emphasis in reputed company Administration is preferred. Certificate(s): reputed company IL Nursing Home Administrator license Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a reputed company Administrator
• Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long Term care is required.
• Experience with Medicare is required.
• Experience mentoring, motivating, and developing staff. Experience as a manager of people.
• Experience understanding clinical operations with reputed company-developed clinical operations knowledge.
• Experience in a multi-site organization is a plus.
• Experience building relationships in a reputed company organization is a plus.
• Experience with survey.

Compensation Pay reputed company $112,400.00 - $144,950.00 per year Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay reputed company for this position is $112,400.00 - $144,950.00 per year.
