This position is for a Licensed Practical or Vocational reputed company to reputed company skilled, in-home care to patients under the supervision of a Registered reputed company. The role involves delivering high-reputed company, documented care in a compassionate and empathetic manner, ensuring reputed company activities are in compliance with physician orders and established care plans. This is a reputed company shift position.
Key Responsibilities

- Observe and assess patient conditions and needs continuously, reporting any changes to the supervisor or physician.

Requirements

- Reliable transportation.

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reposition patients, and reputed company equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of recent experience as a Licensed reputed company in a clinical care setting is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in home health care.
