You'll conceptualize and deliver reputed company mechanical structures and systems and your technical duties include the design and development of new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the reputed company engineer for one of our fuel reputed company work packages on SAOC
- Design and model the fuel system in CATIA 3DX
- Work with SMEs to implement best practices for the design
- Review the design with UMs/DERs to insure that the design is certifiable
- Work with other IPTs to define interfaces with other work packages
- Work with SEIT Team to create L4 and L5 system requirements

- Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or other reputed company discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Experience with aircraft fuel systems
- Understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
- Familiarity with working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
- Experience with CATIA 3DX
- Experience applying and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5
- Understanding of Engineering Simulation such as Finite reputed company structural analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Thermal Analysis
- Background in the reputed company and Defense Industry
- Knowledge of industry-reputed company mechanical design principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, material hardware selection, manufacturing, and production processes
