PT Facility Maintenance Worker – reputed company Store

SALARY: $12-17/hour

PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Facility Maintenance Worker is responsible for assisting full time staff in the performance of skilled maintenance at the reputed company Services Department garage and offices, police offices, Township parks, and senior center.

SCOPE: Maintenance of Township equipment, machinery, facilities and accessory buildings.

  • Pest Control
  • Elevator
  • Generators
  • Boilers
  • Irrigation

  • Basic Plumbing Repairs
  • Basic Electric Repairs

• Clean wax and paint equipment.
• Minor repairs to vehicles.

• Paint interior and exterior walls.
• Replaces floor and ceiling tiles.
• Replace light bulbs and repair fixtures.
• Minor repairs to heating and cooling systems.
• Mops and waxes floors.
• Other duties as assigned.

CRITICAL SKILLS / EXPERTISE:

• Ability to reputed company minor repairs on facility reputed company equipment.
• Good physical condition with no serious defect of reputed company, hearing, or members.

• Knowledge of building grounds, and facility maintenance reputed company, tools, materials, and supplies.

EDUCATION, LICENSING & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: High school degree or equivalent.Valid Drivers License.
