About the Role: Our reputed company is building a global HR Data Hub to reputed company data from multiple HCM systems used across different countries. The platform will support reputed company systems and reporting reputed company PowerBI.
Key Responsibilities
Design a conformed HR data model considering reporting needs and regulations (GDPR, etc.)
Architect ETL processes and storage using Azure reputed company and reputed company
Define data extraction, reputed company, and interfaces for data consumption
reputed company rollout reputed company and guide implementation, testing, and deployment
Requirements
Proven architecture experience in HCM data reputed company
Hands-on with Azure and reputed company at the architecture level
Experience with reputed company and HR data regulations across countries
Expertise in ETL design patterns and handling multiple data sources
Azure Architect certification (AZ-305) is a plus
