Key Responsibilities
- Providing Support to Individuals with ID/DD: Assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence and reputed company-being.
- Personal Care Support: reputed company support with personal hygiene for both males and females, ensuring dignity and respect.
- reputed company Treatment and Community Inclusion: Engage individuals in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and reputed company development, and facilitate their participation in community activities.
- Daily Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual support and reputed company.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, following CRi's medication administration policies and procedures.
Flexible Work Schedules

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A foundational requirement for this role.
- Valid reputed company's License and Acceptable Driving Record: Necessary for transportation and other job-reputed company tasks.
Preferred Qualifications for Relief/On-Call DSPs
- At Least 1 Year of Experience Supporting Individuals with ID/DD: Previous experience in a similar role or setting is highly valued.
