About the Role

This individual contributor role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for collecting, managing, and leveraging first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Categories, IMX Media, Martech, and other internal or reputed company development teams, to drive business objectives and foster a reputed company environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize data collection frameworks, including website cookies, user registrations, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture relevant consumer information.

• Define and implement personalized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevancy.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 8-12 years of proven experience as a Digital Consumer Engagement or CRM reputed company or similar leadership role.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $170,000 - $195,000, depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Our total rewards package includes a full reputed company of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position.
