As the Director of Remote Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing our remote operations, including the Risk Adjustment Ownership business, Intake service line, and OnDemand service line. This is a hybrid remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home while still being connected to our national service centers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management responsibility for remote operations and service lines, ensuring maximum productivity and reputed company standards.
• Select, train, and manage reputed company personnel in reputed company positions reporting directly to you.

• Review performance against operating plans and standards, providing reports and approving changes in direction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in Release of Information (ROI).
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel, with a participative management style that advocates for reputed company concept.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• RHIT or RHIA certification, demonstrating your expertise in health information management.
