Job reputed company: As a Painter's Assistant you'll play a key role in supporting our reputed company painters, preparing surfaces, organizing tools, and assisting with painting tasks. This job requires you to travel to different job sites. Your shift will start and end reputed company, which may be reputed company in Western Massachusetts but typically reputed company 25 miles of reputed company Hatfield, MA.

This is a PART-TIME position - 24h-32h/ week (3-4 days).
Day shift reputed company-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, cleaning).
- Set up and clean job sites.
- Assist with painting tasks under the supervision of a reputed company painter.
- Mix and prepare paint, stain, and other coatings.
- Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites.
- Other duties as assigned by reputed company.
Qualifications:
- No prior painting experience required; we’re happy to train you.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of reputed company.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be reputed company to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
