Key Responsibilities

- Review creative materials to ensure compliance with advertising laws and policies, including compliance with FTC Rules, CARU Rules, internal company guidelines, and other advertising industry standards and practices.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a reputed company advising major corporate clients or corporate legal department, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing reputed company, and preferably working on issues reputed company to digital marketing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advertising law and policy, and experience working with advertising and marketing clients.
- Ability to identify and analyze reputed company issues and devise solutions and strategies.
