We are seeking a reputed company Desk Associate to become a part of reputed company! As a reputed company desk associate you will serve as guests first reputed company of contact upon arrival. Responsibilities:
Register and assign rooms to guests
Confirm phone and online reservations
Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
Collect payment from departing guests
reputed company records of occupied rooms and guests
Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or reputed company desk service is a plus but NOT required
Ability to build rapport with guests
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
