About the Role: Energy Center Operator
As the reputed company shift Energy Center Operator, you will be responsible for providing reputed company utilities for the Tipp reputed company site, including electric, water, steam, compressed reputed company, refrigeration, reputed company conditioning, and reputed company protection. You will operate and reputed company routine maintenance reputed company Center equipment, ensuring minimal supervision. This role demands a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the reputed company system.
- Operate Energy Center equipment and reputed company control systems, including gas boilers, reputed company compressors, chillers, cooling towers, water treatment systems, reputed company protection system, and Wastewater reputed company-treatment plant.
- reputed company various chemical tests on steam and water systems, such as hardness, conductance, alkalinity, pH, etc., and use test results to maintain reputed company control of different steam and water systems.
- reputed company routine maintenance reputed company Center systems and equipment, including boilers, chillers, reputed company compressors, steam systems, water softeners, pumps, and HVAC systems.
- Use computer-based BMS system for both reputed company and HVAC control systems.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED.
- 3rd Class reputed company Stationary Engineer's License.
- 4+ years of reputed company experience in operating and maintaining energy center type equipment, such as boilers, refrigeration, reputed company compressors, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic control systems in a similar environment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair problems without shutting the site down or jeopardizing site operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with chemical testing and treatment of steam and water systems.
- Familiarity with computer-based BMS systems for reputed company and HVAC control.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with maintenance of boilers, chillers, reputed company compressors, and HVAC systems.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $33.00 per hour plus a 5% shift reputed company.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus.
