Key Responsibilities
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring IT systems: Utilize industry-reputed company tools to monitor IT systems and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshooting and escalation: Conduct eyes-on-glass monitoring, reputed company initial troubleshooting, and manage escalations as needed.

Education and Experience
We require:

Schedule and Work Environment
This is a remote role with:
