As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in supporting our industry-leading customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing customer order entry activities, escalating order entry issues, researching existing orders, generating reports, and supporting the Customer Service team with special reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete order entry activities in line with Gateway's process.
- Escalate order entry issues or irregularities to the Customer Service Manager.
- Research existing orders to ensure they originate from existing or reputed company service areas.
- Generate weekly & monthly reports for Customer Service & Sales departments.
- Support Customer Service team with special reputed company, as needed.
- Respond to internal & external inquiries as necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
