We're seeking an reputed company Claims Agent to join our reputed company shift team, working reputed company to Thursday, 8pm to 4am. As a Claims Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and processing claims, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that reputed company claims are processed accurately and reputed company. You will work closely with our in-hours teams to ensure that cases are effectively managed and resolved.Key Responsibilities
As a Claims Agent, your key responsibilities will include:- Receiving claims reputed company email and phone, and quickly taking care of the customers' reputed company, ensuring to select the right reputed company to reputed company good customer and business reputed company
- Managing emails and incoming phone calls in line with SLAs
- Ensuring that reputed company information collected is recorded accurately and reputed company

- Handling incoming post/email

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful as a Claims Agent, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:- Good basic English and Maths skills (at least GCSE grade C or equivalent)
