We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Field Service Engineer to join reputed company in Jacksonville, FL. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of our clients, directly impacting patient health and overall reputed company-being. This role is part of the Service Organization and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the Field Service Team, reporting to the District Manager, and will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs on Beckman Coulter equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repair needs on Beckman Coulter equipment.

• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a reputed company manner, ordering repair parts, and adhering to cycle times.
• Travel throughout the district territory, experiencing reputed company the various places our instrumentation is utilized.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential requirements:

• Associate's degree (prefer technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or reputed company) or equivalent military experience.
• 2+ years' experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or in instrumentation.
• Hold a reputed company valid reputed company's license and good driving record over the last three years.
• Ability to travel (providing service in an assigned geography and periodic travel to other areas/overnight).
• Candidates must be reputed company to lift, reputed company, and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted (tools, replacement parts, consumables, etc.).
• Candidates must be reputed company to frequently bend, stoop, twist, turn, crouch/crawl, push/pull, and sit/stand for extended periods of time.

• Experience collaborating with internal team members and external customers.
