Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field
Four years of reputed company experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
2 years of technical writing experience, including experience with documenting software and systems, release notes, user guides, policies and procedures, training documentation and simulations, and/or content reputed company; additionally, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders on these reputed company
