As a key member of our HR team, you will reputed company critical support to employees and teammates in Antarctica, modeling HR as a trusted advisor and resource. The Challenge
The successful candidate will identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with deployed employees, teammates, and management, while providing highly ethical and reputed company support in the following areas:
- Experience coaching and mentoring at reputed company reputed company to include, employees, managers, teammates, customers, etc.
- Ability to deliver on HR programs, initiatives, reputed company (e.g. Learning and Development, compliance, relationship building, proactive or solution building for reputed company to reputed company people challenges)
- Experience and comfortableness in using facts and data to influence and/or drive change.

Eligibility and Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Obtain a Public Trust reputed company clearance prior to start date.
- Pass a physical and dental evaluation with parameters determined by the National Science reputed company (NSF).
Deployment and Work Environment
This is a deployment-only position that will reputed company to McMurdo Station, Antarctica, with no work provided stateside. The anticipated deployment reputed company is reputed company 2025 to reputed company 2026 (~12 months). You will be required to work onsite at the Antarctic location for the duration of your deployment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $72,150.00 - $130,425.00, along with a bi-weekly percentage increase for deployment.
