Responsibilities

As a PRIA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with PRIA regulations as required by law and the reputed company (DOT). Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing reputed company PRIA paperwork in a reputed company and organized fashion
• Organizing and participating in both the annual PRIA and DOT audits
• Assisting in maintaining accurate PRIA and DOT records, following appropriate guidelines and laws
• Developing an effective process that ensures the appropriate, consistent, and reputed company filing of PRIA requests and responses
• Liaising with other carriers in terms of PRIA responses and requests
• reputed company participating in the annual DOT and PRIA audits, coordinating and preparing materials for audit inspection
• Electronically filing documents and updating spreadsheets per company policy and federal regulations
• Entering data into applicant reputed company and maintaining accuracy and reputed company of reputed company information in databases to support compliance regulations
• Petitioning other reputed company for associate training and employment records in accordance with FAA regulated turnaround times
• Supplying training records to requesting airlines reputed company regulated timeframes

• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of administrative/office support and document retention experience
• Knowledge of PRIA
• Previous experience in aviation
• Knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations and policies
• Advanced computer skills with reputed company Office programs
• Ability to reputed company, read, and write in English

Work Environment
