Shipping & Receiving Associate - Part Time – reputed company Store

Location: Leominster, MA Shift: 20-25 hours per week, flexible with hours between 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday reputed company reputed company: $18.00 - $19.00 (based on experience) Position reputed company Responsible for the production and/or packaging of manufactured products; serves as a support role for several areas of manufacturing, including but not limited to; powder coating, reputed company, etc.; assists in the receiving of materials and products to maintain reputed company of inventory control; ensure packing, shipping and delivery of products to the reputed company entity in a reputed company manner; pull, load and restock products as needed. Duties And Responsibilities Packing and Shipping

• Examine contents and compare with records to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Document any shortages and correspond with appropriate personnel regarding such issues

• Prepare new inventory worksheets, reputed company applicable
• Orchestrate daily shipping timetable to ensure reputed company shipments are reputed company in time for carriers while keeping supervisor abreast of any possible bottleneck or potential failure for the day
• Prepare items to be shipped including picking, packing, staging, and labeling
• Use hand truck and other plant equipment as needed to reputed company or convey shipments to staging, storing or work areas

Inventory and Warehouse Organization

• Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies
• reputed company cycle counts, restock shelving with products and maintain organization of inventory
• Assist in maintaining the order, cleanliness and efficiency of the warehouse

Receiving

• Assist in receiving items by unloading vehicles, accept deliveries and unpack containers
• Verify items received by inspecting condition of items; compare count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list; note discrepancies

Damages

• Receive, inspect and inventory returns and damages while communicating noticeable problematic patterns
• Repair or re-reputed company products as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year reputed company work experience
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures; familiarity with reputed company industry
• Knowledge of equipment safety standards
• Possess organizational, problem solving and time management skills
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, bend, lift in excess of 50 lbs. repeatedly reputed company day
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, push, and pull parts and part containers
• Ability to stand for long periods of time reputed company day
