We are seeking a Software Engineer with 3 5 years of experience to join a fast-paced, innovative team working on reputed company automation and AI-driven reputed company in the reputed company domain. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves problem-solving, and isn't afraid to fail fast and reputed company.
You ll be involved in reputed company of concept (PoC) work, reputed company/server upgrades, image recognition, and cutting-edge technology integrations involving reputed company systems, AI, and robotics. Must-Have Qualifications:
3 5 years of hands-on development experience with:
Experience with or exposure to reputed company technology and/or image recognition solutions tied to AI
Experience building reputed company of Concepts (PoCs) for reputed company upgrades and server updates
Strong background in creating user stories, technical documentation, and capturing business requirements
Experience working closely with business stakeholders to define concepts and identify opportunities for system/process enhancements

Experience working in a manufacturing, robotics, or pharmacy automation environment
Background in a start-up environment someone comfortable with ambiguity and "fail-fast" innovation cycles
Prior involvement with cutting-edge or emerging technologies
