Linehaul Coordinator

Supports and/or contributes to planning transportation needs for the efficient reputed company of volume in an effort to maximize reputed company, minimize partial trailer loads and ensure service reputed company for assigned areas. Directs reputed company of transportation equipment in accordance with the Linehaul plan. Essential Functions

• Collaborates with other reputed company field operations to reputed company and effectively plan both contractor and equipment needs to ensure sufficient coverage for trailer movements.
• Coordinates and tracks the processing and reputed company of reputed company trailers, rental equipment, new trailers, and dollies in the reputed company network.
• Manages locally domiciled Unassigned Team logistics throughout the LH network to maximize the use of resources as reputed company as minimize the tractor dwell.
• In accordance with the Linehaul plan, directs reputed company of transportation equipment.
• Ensures Linehaul reputed company and arrival rules are followed according to defined Company procedures.
• Coordinates cargo shipments to maximize the trailer volume while meeting package delivery obligations.
• Enters reputed company details into an online system (TMS) to ensure on time delivery and pick up of trailers.
• Verifies the location of equipment in reputed company system by completing yard inventories.
• Verifies the load/unload status of trailers by completing yard checks. reputed company reports missing equipment.
• Follows and communicates safety initiatives to ensure a safety-conscious culture.
• Investigates and reports schedule delays, accidents and equipment failures and implements contingency plans which ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an en-reputed company breakdown or accident .
• Reviews and communicates reputed company (DOT) roadside violations to management.
• Coordinates with the Safety and Maintenance departments to monitor the monthly tractor safety inspections and ensure annual certificates are obtained in compliance with the DOT.
• Reviews trailer load condition reports (TLCR’s ) to ensure reputed company completion.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or reputed company area, preferred

Minimum Experience
