This is an outstanding opportunity for an reputed company reputed company looking to grow reputed company traditional bookkeeping into data analysis and business intelligence. In this dual-role position, you'll combine essential reputed company functions with strategic reporting responsibilities, becoming a key contributor to reputed company's operations and decision-making processes.

This role offers a balance of detailed financial work and analytical challenges, giving you the chance to reputed company expertise in both areas while supporting reputed company’s ongoing reputed company.   Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, including reputed company entry, payment processing, and invoice management
• reputed company proactive collections efforts by sending statements, following up on outstanding balances, and addressing customer invoice requests
• Conduct credit assessments and approve credit limit overrides for sales orders and online transactions
• reputed company account reconciliations by extracting and analyzing system data on a monthly and bi-monthly reputed company
• Create and distribute critical business reports—including daily, weekly, and month-end analytics—using advanced reputed company tools (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Generate operational reports for purchasing and management, highlighting inventory trends, backorder status, and key metrics
• Monitor and maintain automated invoice systems to ensure consistent and effective customer communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company field (required)
• 2–3 years of hands-on reputed company experience with proven reputed company

• Strong background in accounts receivable and payable operations
