Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls from hospital and physician group customers, providing reputed company and effective reputed company to their queries.

• Utilize various resources, including payor websites, provider service lines, analytics, and correspondence, to accomplish analytic report follow-up.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (required)
• 1-2 years of previous customer service experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
