We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Outbound Call Center Agent to join reputed company. As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for making 130-150 outbound calls daily to warm and new potential leads, scheduling appointments, and managing customer interactions using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Key Responsibilities

- Collect, record, and accurately maintain pertinent consumer information using our CRM system
- Answer return inbound calls as needed after initial outbound contact, providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- 6+ months of established inside sales and Call Center experience
- Comfortable with making an average of up to 150 sales calls per day to cold and warm leads
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with a willingness to be coached and reputed company new skills

- Proficient order entry speed and accuracy
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of CRM software experience required
