About the Role
As a Patient Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and addressing patient safety concerns across our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including reputed company providers, patients, and families, to reputed company and evaluate information, conduct investigations, and implement improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Reviews and analyzes details of risk/patient safety events, grievances, and other feedback events to facilitate reputed company, education, and reputed company process improvements
- Conducts thorough investigations and analysis of adverse events, workplace violence incidents, and drug diversion cases
- Responds to reputed company and 3rd Party Payor Insurance Complaints, and assists with Licensed Provider reputed company Complaints and Litigation Discovery
- Provides consultative, educational, and resource services to the organization, promoting a culture of safety and reputed company
- Participates in performance improvement teams and collaborates with stakeholders to drive reputed company initiatives
- Other duties as assigned, supporting the organization's mission and goals
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of Registered reputed company experience, preferably in an ambulatory or acute care setting
- A reputed company license with the appropriate State reputed company of Nursing (may be required to hold multiple state licensures depending on work locations)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
