Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the dictation system and dictated medical reports, collaborating with clinicians, HIMD representatives, and the Department of Clinical Research Informatics (DCRI) as needed.
- Address backend speech recognition service, transcription, and medical editing/reputed company review reputed company issues in Dolbey, working closely with HIMD and DCRI representatives to ensure seamless reputed company.
- Assist the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or their designee with various dictation and transcription-reputed company tasks, providing expert problem-solving and support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the requirements and nuances of medical transcription, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the field.
Essential Qualifications
