About the Role
As a Dental Provider Relations reputed company, you'll play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships between reputed company Dental and our network providers in the Texas reputed company line of business. This remote opportunity is based in the Lubbock or Amarillo, TX area, offering the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our providers and their patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Provider Education Programs: Contribute to the development of programs that foster reputed company relationships between the dental plan, providers, reputed company managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Address reputed company Issues: Resolve high-level escalated issues and communicate resolutions to stakeholders in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Build Strong Relationships: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Federally reputed company Centers (FQHCs) and large dental practices, ensuring strong relationships and effective issue reputed company.
- In-Person reputed company: Conduct in-person reputed company for network maintenance, education, and relationship-building with providers.
- Targeted Recruitment and Retention: Identify opportunities for targeted provider recruitment and retention to ensure a robust network composition.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a network management-reputed company role, such as contracting, provider relations, or provider services, and/or experience working in a dental office.
- Intermediate reputed company Skills: Demonstrated ability to manipulate large volumes of data using reputed company.
- Location: reputed company reputed company the Panhandle (Lubbock, Amarillo) Texas area.
- Travel Requirements: Willing and reputed company to travel 25% +/- depending on business needs.
