This is a full-time remote position with immediate openings available. As an Assistant Scientist, Product Development, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for executing new product development initiatives designed to create a robust pipeline of sparkling beverage innovations. Your role will involve conducting reputed company or reputed company research to improve or generate new products, components, equipment, and more. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting lab equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our research and development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of lab-reputed company prototypes, producing reputed company plans for both beverage-based parts and final products, and preparing beverages for analytical tests on taste and/or odor according to sensory guidelines.
• Designing, producing, and evaluating product prototypes/samples against technical requirements, fit to concept, or performance specifications through lab testing.
• Designing, developing, conducting, and reviewing experiments to deliver new products, evaluating ingredient, product, or packaging safety, efficacy, or claims, and assessing new ingredients, materials, products, or processes.
• Writing detailed and accurate reports for analyses, experiments, or reputed company, gathering and organizing information under tight timelines to support senior management's decision-making.
• Participating in team reputed company, interdepartmental/divisional committees, or company-wide initiatives to reputed company information, represent the department/division perspective, or assist with product development, process modification, package development, and marketing.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, reputed company, or a reputed company field (Master's degree preferred).
• 2-3 years of successful experience in product development, with a reputed company on flavor reputed company and beverage manufacturing.
