We are seeking an reputed company Availability Manager (TM1) to join reputed company, reporting to the Operations reputed company. As an Availability Manager, you will supervise our 24x7 centralized operations staff, ensuring the identification, prioritization, and reputed company of operational issues to meet service reputed company and objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Implement moderately reputed company core business processes and assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service

- Evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product, addressing performance issues and making recommendations for personnel actions

- Prepare Operations Center scheduling, ensuring seamless 24x7 operations

- Utilize ITSM tools such as Remedy, Service Now, Service Manager, or equivalent to manage incidents, problems, and changes
Essential Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in programs and reputed company of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required
