About the Role
We are looking for a talented and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Call Centre Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with customers who are experiencing financial difficulty, providing tailored solutions and support to help them manage their debt. Key Responsibilities

- Easily commute to our Manchester office for the duration of your induction (circa 8 weeks) and for a period of time after, before transitioning to hybrid working
