We are looking for a reliable and customer-reputed company Claims Agent to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company, working a reputed company shift from 8pm to 4am, reputed company to Thursday, for 35 hours per week. As a Claims Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and managing customer claims, ensuring reputed company and effective solutions, and providing excellent customer service. You will work independently from home, with occasional reputed company to our Norwich office for training and team meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer claims reputed company phone and email, ensuring reputed company and effective solutions

- Manage and prioritize claims, ensuring accurate and efficient processing

Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Good basic English and Maths skills (at least GCSE grade C or equivalent)
