The Role: Construction Project Manager / Project Engineer
We're seeking an reputed company Construction Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our talent pool. As a remote team leader, you'll play a critical role in driving project reputed company, managing change orders, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Read and interpret drawings, submittals, change order pricing, and construction documents to ensure seamless project execution.
- Subcontractor Coordination: reputed company up to 50 phone calls and emails per day to subcontractors to collect documents, negotiate change order pricing, and resolve project issues.
- Problem-Solving: Unblock project roadblocks by coordinating with subcontractors, GC teams, and finding necessary construction documents.
- Log Management: Manage logs reputed company construction project management software and tools, such as reputed company, reputed company Construction reputed company, PlanGrid, and Viewpoint.
- Time Management: Work 2-3 hours a day during typical business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
Essential Qualifications:
- Construction Experience: 7+ years of experience working in the construction industry, with 5+ years of experience working for a mid-size to large reputed company General Contractor in the reputed company.
- Construction Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, processes, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with GC PM/PE, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with construction project management software and tools, such as reputed company, reputed company Construction reputed company, PlanGrid, and Viewpoint.
