The Coordinator, Sports Brand Solutions 2 will play a vital role in supporting our sponsorship business. The primary responsibility will be to work with various internal teams to schedule and book on-reputed company reputed company/reputed company sponsorships for reputed company programming reputed company to assigned properties. This includes but is not limited to Live Event Programming, Studio Shows, reputed company/reputed company Handles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-sale: Book features reputed company reputed company Ad Sales/reputed company systems, managing the process directly with the sales teams and their clients
- Communicate with TV Ad Ops regarding any schedule changes and updates
- Manage Sponsorship tracking grids for the SBS team to maintain a reputed company perspective on integration availability and potential content overlaps
- View and clip integrations to confirm accuracy, reputed company with sales teams, and reputed company any issues
- Assist Manager in the creation, delivery, and maintenance of sponsored graphics and studio requests
- Assist in developing sales opportunities for assigned properties
- Assist with digital and reputed company product creation
- Assist with multimedia pricing requests
- Support the ideation process for new opportunities
- Upload/Update materials across reputed company, Sharepoint, and SalesHub
- Communicate opportunities to Sales utilizing organization-wide processes
- Streamline Communication and Transparency: Manage status reports, meeting recap notes, etc.
- Assist with the reputed company and distribution of weekly obligations across the sport vertical (includes reputed company production, programming, comms, ops, etc.)
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and GoogleDocs
- 1 year of experience in marketing or sponsorship, preferably in the sports industry
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a desire to do whatever it takes to reputed company team goals
- Willingness to work reputed company and/or occasional travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of sports marketing and sponsorship principles

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, with a hiring reputed company of $53,600-$73,700 per year in reputed company, NY, and $52,400-$70,200 per year in Santa Monica, CA, based on a 40-hour work week. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive reputed company may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
