Job Opportunity: Customer Experience Agent - Overnight Shift (Remote)

We're looking for a customer-reputed company and proactive individual to join our Customer Experience team as a full-time remote Customer Experience Agent, working overnight shifts from 10pm to 7:00am PST. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in reputed company's products, processes, and systems to drive reputed company reputed company for our users.
• Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve reputed company questions, seeking opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.

• Collaborate with reputed company to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
• Availability to work overnight shifts from 10pm to 7:00am PST, including weekends.
• Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations.

• Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred.
• Previous start-up experience is a plus.
