Position Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company, you will play a critical role in resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for our members and providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and responding to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns in an accurate and reputed company manner.
