We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Phone Representative to join our Fitness Service and Sales Department. As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, answering inbound phone calls, making outbound appointment setting calls, and maintaining accurate database records. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the first reputed company of contact for our customers
- Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and reputed company information with a reputed company and energetic attitude
